News > New NACA Community Cat policy
Broadened approach supports community management strategies


The National Animal Control Association has issued a new policy statement addressing cats in the community. Calling for management of these community cats, NACA states that management may include a range of approaches including law enforcement, education, public/private partnerships, targeted spay/neuter programs, and regulated cat caretaker programs.
