To encourage informal networking amongst attendees, we have reserved a block of guest rooms at the newly renovated Cabot Lodge at 3726 Southwest 40th Boulevard in Gainesville. Ideally located, the Cabot offers easy driving access to the College of Veterinary Medicine and is offering a special rate of $80.00 per night plus tax (currently 9.75%) with one to four people per room. The rate includes a complimentary deluxe continental breakfast, complete with scrambled eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, bagels and a morning paper. During the evening, you will be able to relax with your colleagues and enjoy the Cabot’s two-hour complimentary cocktail reception.

How to Make a Hotel Reservation:

In order to receive the discounted group rate, reservations must be made by Friday, February 19. To make a reservation, contact the Cabot Lodge directly by calling 352-375-2400 or 800-843-8735. Both numbers go directly to their front desk so you will receive personal assistance.  Please be aware the block of rooms may fill before the deadline, so we urge you to make your reservation as soon as possible. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or be guaranteed with a major credit card.
